Delta Dental of Virginia has rolled out more robust technology to ensure that you and your clients continue to get the absolute best in customer service, network access, product offerings and data security.

Along with our new website design, you'll notice a new quoting tool, reformatted bills and reports, new website features, and enhanced tracking and reporting on your clients' membership. Your clients' new account number condenses various groups into a single structure that will enable the tracking of attributes at the subscriber level.

Enhanced broker quoting tool

Our broker quoting tool has several enhanced features to help make managing your quotes simpler. 

Account structure

The primary change you and your clients will see with our enhanced system is how the group account structure is organized. You will see this change on enrollment, bills and reports. Learn more about the new account structure.

Enrollment

There have been a few changes to the Delta Dental of Virginia enrollment process. Learn how to enroll employees on our new employer portal, via paper enrollment forms or electronic eligibility files.

Billing
