With the Delta Dental PPO — EPO Plan Design, you must visit a Delta Dental PPOTM dentist. All other dentists are considered out-of-network. With Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier, you have the option of visiting any dentist. However, your out-of-pocket costs will be lowest if you see a Delta Dental PPOTM dentist and highest if you choose an out-of-network dentist. We provide additional benefits that reward you for being proactive and engaging in preventive dental care. Your preventive care benefits include Prevention First and Healthy Smile, Healthy You®. With Prevention First, the costs for preventive care, like exams and cleanings, are excluded from your annual benefits maximum. This means you can still get your regular checkups and cleanings, and your entire annual maximum will be available for other covered services throughout the year.
