1. Dentist offices that sign up for direct deposit before October 31, 2022 will be entered for a chance to win lunch for their office staff (maximum value $500).
    
2. One winning office will be selected from each region for a total of five winners.
    
3. Winners will be chosen at random. 
    
4. No purchase or other consideration is necessary for entry. Void where prohibited.
    
5. Winning dental office staff members must currently work in a practice located in Virginia.
    
6. Campaign runs through October 31, 2022 and allows up to five winning offices.
